The Courts & Tribunals Service has announced the appointment of His Honour Judge Simon Auerbach as a senior circuit judge of the Employment Appeal Tribunal, with effect from Monday 10 December 2018.
HHJ Auerbach sat as an employment judge at London (Central) Employment Tribunal for over ten years before being appointed a Circuit Judge earlier this year.
Dame Ingrid Simler, whose term as President of the Employment Appeal Tribunal ends on 31 December 2018, was recently appointed a Lady Justice of Appeal. Her successor as President is expected to be announced shortly.
