Employment Tribunals Reform FAQs

The HMCTS Reform Employment Tribunal Project have produced a useful FAQ document to help tribunal users navigate the reform. The document will be updated as the project continues.

It explains the aims of the reform project, including the development of a digital system. Professional tribunal users will have access to an online portal, ‘MyHMCTS’. Through the portal, representatives will be able to check the status of a case, respond to a claim and make applications relating to the case.

The new online system is not yet open for everyone. The first private beta release will test the system and only certain claims will be eligible. The first release is restricted to Leeds and Glasgow only.
