The London Tribunals Project, 7 Newgate Street, is now expected to be operational by December 2024, later than originally planned. Newgate Street will replace Victory House once the lease on that building expires.
It will comprise of 30 hearing rooms as well as workspace for HMCTS staff and judicial chambers. In addition to the Employment Tribunal, the building will also house the War Pensions and Armed Forces Compensation and Social Security and Child Support hearings.
