HMCTS has asked us to circulate the following information:
"Employment Tribunal online services will be subject to a planned upgrade on Thursday 7 December from 8:15pm. The upgrade is expected to last until 4.30am on Friday. A message, informing users that the service is unavailable, will appear for anyone trying to access it during that period.
This upgrade applies to the MyHMCTS portal only, and so it will only affect those submitting ET3 responses by this route and those making applications to the tribunal by this route, and then only in the early adopter locations of Scotland, Leeds, Nottingham and Bristol.
The reformed online portal for ET1 claim forms, currently available to unrepresented claimants in the early adopter locations, and the legacy online portal for ET1 claim forms, are both unaffected. Responses can still be sent in via email in the usual way."
