The President of Employment Tribunals (England & Wales), Judge Barry Clarke, has issued the following letter to tribunal users.
You will see it states that, for the time being, "...the aim is for physical attendance at an Employment Tribunal venue in England and Wales to be the exception, and only where it is necessary in the interests of justice."
