Regional Employment Judge Wade has asked me to update the users of London Central Employment Tribunal.
Victory House remains closed to the public. HMCTS continues to test the mechanical air ventilation system to ensure a COVID-secure environment, with further results awaited. The new restrictions operating in London and elsewhere means that, for the time being, as many hearings as possible will be conducted on a fully remote basis. Where, exceptionally, a judge decides that in-person attendance is in the interests of justice, the tribunal’s administrative staff will contact the parties with alternative venue details.
