I have been asked to issue this notice by HMCTS.
All Employment Tribunal online services (affecting submission of ET1s, ET3s and digital applications) will be subject to a planned upgrade between 20:30 on Thursday 18th April – 08:00 on Friday 19th April.
The usual “this service is temporarily unavailable” message will appear for anyone trying to submit via the digital portals, during this period.
This covers all digital portals, both the legacy portal used for submissions of ET1s and ET3s and the reformed system being used in the early adopter locations of Scotland, Leeds, South West England and Midlands East.
Any party with a time limit expiring in this period should plan accordingly.
(This is now comment from me: that last sentence means 'get your ET1s in early, people. Don't want till 11pm on 18th April or you're screwed'.)
