Responsibility for the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 will shortly be passing from the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy to the independent Tribunal Procedure Committee.
I have been asked to circulate that the Tribunal Procedure Committee is looking to recruit an employment law specialist for a three year term. The successful candidate will be expected to attend nine meetings of the committee per year. There is no mention in the application pack of any salary or remuneration (other than reimbursement of reasonable travel expenses), so I assume it is unpaid.
