A new electronic filing system comes into operation today at the Employment Appeal Tribunal. It enables parties to lodge their appeals with the EAT, upload documents and access all their appeals. It provides an additional method of lodging documents; it is not compulsory, although it may become so for professionally represented parties in the future.
All users who wish to use the new system, known as CE-File, need to register. Details of how to do so are contained in this guidance note issued by the President of the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
