The House of Commons library has just published a report on Artificial Intelligence and Employment Law. It reviews the current interaction between employment law and artificial intelligence (not much, and containing some analysis that I don’t entirely agree with), and the proposals for reform (also not much). But having said that, it’s definitely worth a skim if you’re interested in this topic.
Or you could just watch the videos of my half-day seminar on Chat GPT and AI for Employment Lawyers & HR Professionals, which I think you’ll find more helpful.
