HMCTS has today encountered problems with the ET3 online submission service. Respondents are currently unable to submit their ET3 forms online.
At the time of writing this, the system is still not working.
If the problem persists, other methods of submission should be considered:
- obtain a hard copy of the form and post it directly to the relevant tribunal and other parties;
- hand deliver the ET3 to the relevant tribunal between 9am-4pm;
-scan and email the form directly to the tribunal and other parties.
It is possible to apply for an extension of time for submitting the ET3, but of course it is preferable to lodge it in time.
There have been no reports of this affecting ET1 submission.
