Free HR Clinics

Daniel Barnett provides occasional, live HR clinics for HR professionals where you can listen over the internet to Daniel answering your questions. No special software is needed. The Clinic is then recorded and then transcribed. To ask a question, please use the form on the right. .

  1. This is a free service. Daniel Barnett will answer questions in good faith, but does not accept liability for negligence or any direct or indirect losses incurred by you or anybody else as a result of reliance on advice through this service. You are advised to seek professional legal advice if you need help on a specific legal issue.
  2. We receive more questions than we can answer. We select questions which we consider are representative, so as to provide a variety of questions and answers for listeners. There is no guarantee your question will be answered.
  3. If your question is selected, Daniel Barnett will read it out during a live transmission, together with your name and your company name (unless you have ticked the box requesting anonymity). A transcript may also be made publicly available. Do not use this service if any confidentiality issues arise.
