CPD Information

The telephone seminars are accredited for CPD hours by the Law Society.

CPD hours are obtained by answering 10 multiple-choice questions over the internet.  The questions will be available for one month after the seminars.

In order to obtain the CPD hours, delegates need to answer 6 out of the 10 questions correctly.  The questions can be answered as often as you want (at no extra charge) if you do not succeed first time.

Successful completion of the multiple-choice questions will result in the award of 2.75 CPD hours  (reflecting 2 hours on the course, plus 45 minutes to review the course and answer the questions).

Each registered delegate is entitled to obtain the CPD hours.  Additional delegates from the same firm (who listen to the seminar over a speakerphone or to a recording of the seminar) may obtain the CPD hours for a small administration fee of £35+VAT.  These additional delegate CPD hours can be purchased on demand after the seminars when the multiple-choice questions are published.
